One of the great things about roulette, is that is has such a rich variety of bets that you can make on the table. The only games that comes close is craps. You’ll find all of the different bets in the menu -it’s always worth studying your options- you’ll get more out of the game.
People have been betting on the wheel for centuries, and there has been no shortage of players who reckon that they’ve found the key to winning, through a combination of different types of betting layouts.
(There are two types of roulette games, with wheels having a double-zero and wheels with only a single-zero - if possible only play the single-zero.) If the casino returns half your bet, the house edge is reduced in half. That’s the best betting system at the game! What is the best bet in roulette? To answer with a dose of humour, we'd say the best bet is the one that wins. However, in roulette, which bet wins depends on pure chance. That said, low-risk bets, are better because of the higher probability for a winning outcome.
The best bet in roulette is on a European roulette table which offers the en prison option. This reduces the house edge by half again, making it only 1.35%. Here’s how it works: On a European roulette game with the en prison rule in effect, your even money bet becomes “imprisoned” when. Roulette is a drain on your wallet simply because the game doesn’t pay what the bets are worth. With 38 numbers (1 to 36, plus 0 and 00), the true odds of hitting a single number on a straight-up bet are 37 to 1, but the house pays only 35 to 1 if you win! Super times pay hot roll.
